Each Fukuro Shinai is hand made with equisite care. These are the finest practice long swords on the market and I have stocked my Trainng Hall with them. The handles are wrapped with cotton and the exterior shell of the sword is a synthetic vinyl. If you love practicing Budo Taijutsu, IRT, Aikido, Kenjutsu then this is simply a must have.
